1. How to pay with Cash?
Enter your shopping cart via the 'View Cart' button in the menu bar after adding your item to the cart. Fill the form and select the 'Send Order' button. After submitting, an Agent will contact you via Email with the necessary details to make your Bank Deposit.
2. How to pay with PayPal?
Enter your shopping cart via the 'View Cart' button in the menu bar after adding your item to the cart. Fill the form and select 'Go to PayPal' or you can skip filling the form and click the PayPal checkout button. You will be taken to the PayPal login page to make the payment in US Dollars (USD).
3. How long does it take to receive my package?
After your payment was confirmed, your item/s usually take 7-10 days to arrive at your door-step. We are not in the business of deceiving our customers with false shipping information. If in the event shipping delays beyond 10 days, it may incur due to factors beyond our control as we do not hold power over the item's transit.
4. How can I trust that I will receive item as described?
MURRENTRONICS inspect each item before delivering to our customers to ensure they receive what was described. If an item is damaged or not as described we will return the item for a replacement. You will be notified via telephone service and/or email.
5. Does the listed product price include import/shipping and duty fees?It absolutely does. We have done the research to find you the lowest prices found online on any product from any foreign supplier. We also at the same time try to maintain a speedy shipping period so we mainly import from US suppliers. So if you are wondering if there will be any extra charges, rest assured the only fee you pay extra is $8 USD local shipping for any amount of items ordered.
